Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Order Fulfillment

• All orders require payment in full, including all applicable fees and taxes, at the moment of placing/submitting an order.

• All our products are custom-made and handcrafted. Creating a crocheted item takes significant time and effort. We will need 2-3 days to create an order.

• We will notify you by text or email when your order is ready to be shipped, picked up, or delivered (depending on your chosen method)

• Shipping & Delivery

• Please note, a Minimum of $55 order subtotal is required for shipping eligibility

• We do offer FREE PICKUP at our location in Chatsworth, CA

• We do offer LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE ($5 per 20 miles of travel distance)

• Domestic Shipping is free on orders of $60 or more

• There is an adjustable shipping rate that depends on the number of items in the order you are placing

Return & Refund Policy

• For any undamaged product, please return it with its included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt, within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Your return must be in sellable condition. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

• Damaged and/or defective merchandise from an online order cannot be returned to the store.

• Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.

• We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.

• If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please call 1(818)267-7373

• Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed and a refund issued.

• You will receive a refund for the purchase price and applicable sales tax.

• All exchange orders are processed separately as a new order.

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping the order back to GG’s Toys

• We will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.

• In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: special order items.

Cancellation Policy

• All our products are custom-made and handcrafted. Creating a crocheted item takes significant time and effort. Thus, to respect the crocheters' dedication, orders must be canceled within the first 24 hours of placement, preferably as soon as possible.

• All late cancellations (more than a 24-hour period from the time of order placement) will incur a late cancellation fee of 25% of the order's total.
